It’s a good product.
This helped alleviate most of my hot flashes! I am so glad! It also helps with dry skin. Makes my skin more hydrated.

It works!
I am now on my 4th bottle and have been using almost a year. Works for me with night sweats, hot flashes and moodiness as I have noticed a helpful difference in these areas with daily use. I love the pump bottle comes pre-measured so for me, one pump does it and I do rotate daily in application to different parts of my body. I have had no irritation or allergic reactions. It is a very mild clean scent with natural ingredients. Consistency is key and must be used as directed. I always look to buy on a special which they run a couple of times a year.

Dispensing problems
The dispenser is horrible!! You push down many many times and barely get a small amount out!

Endo Warning
Beware: Caused a painful two-day endometriosis flare. In hindsight I should have researched more before buying but this was the last thing on my mind when buying; I was looking for relief of other symptoms and haven't given much thought to my endo since my hysterectomy six years ago. On the company's behalf, they should consider putting this as a warning in the product details.

Gentle, natural estrogen cream.
This estrogen cream has been quite beneficial in improving my mood and energy levels, especially when I'm feeling low. I also use it in conjunction with a low-dose progesterone cream to help balance my hormones. It's pleasantly unscented, moisturizes effectively without leaving a sticky residue, which is convenient, and it doesn't irritate my skin. I find it to be an excellent value, particularly when it's on sale. I appreciate the high quality and the use of bio-identical hormones, which are best suited for my body.
