Strong and sturdy. Did an entire house move with this! Easy to use and had washer drier on it. Small wheels made it so easy to get from van, up on to the pavement Excellent piece of kit! STRONG!

Like others that purchased this item it was not sturdy enough to be used as delivered but with some washers to fill in the gaps on the axle it now runs OK.

I order pretty much everything online and a lot from Amazon - this is one of the worst products I have ever purchased... Firstly - the instructions are very difficult to follow. I put together LOTS of flat-pack items over the years and I rarely find it a problem. These instructions were so, so difficult to work out. I had to enlist the help of a neighbour and even then it took the 2 of us over an hour to put together. In the end we looked up the photo online and used that as a visual guide. That was the only way we could work it out. Secondly - it's flimsy and falls apart when you use it. There are some small pins to hold the frame and wheels in place but these kept falling out as soon as we tried to use it. Several times the wheels fell off. Additionally, the wheels wobble a lot, which is not good when trying to move items and it took most of our energy to keep things steady. I bought this to help when I was assisting my daughter move from a ground floor to first floor flat. I wanted the ability to help move things up stairs and in particular I wanted it for a washing machine. This was genuinely more trouble than it was worth and ended up causing more problems. This is a brilliant piece of kit. I've used it for many years, initially to help with an economical and independent house move and later, for just about any awkward move around the house. This includes shifting freezers into cellars, beds and cupboards up and down stairs and lugging camping kit outdoors. Really handy. Really pleased. Sorry it took so long to give this well deserved review.

Good, solid and strong trolley/truck, but not ideal for everything. The base platform where you rest the things you need to move is quite thick and, if you needed to move a large fridge for example, it would prove a bit tricky to place it onto the platform in order to move. Also, despite having a comprehensive collection of tools I have not been able to fully assemble the truck as it needs a 24mm spanner, and as it is a locking bolt that appears a bit tight, I might need to buy two in order to tighten them as you cannot do one nut at a time. The trolley also has the ability to become a flatbed style truck, but mine appears to have a dodgy washer which catches in the slot where the bar and spring moves and as this part was pre-assembled I am not at fault for poor assembly skills. Other than that, no real quibbles. It will carry my paving slabs in the summer, and move my furniture in the spring. *edit* Okay, had it a while now and the bloody thing is heavy and cumbersome to use and a lousy turning circle when loaded. Be warned, this is best used outdoors for garden stuff, used indoors for furniture it is awkward and stubborn.

I read some of the earlier reviews and can only assume they are mischief-making. It arrived well packaged, all the parts were there and the instructions. It is robust, well-finished, and for domestic and light use - ie moving fridges, freezers, washing machines and the like, using in a corner shop etc is more than capable. It is reasonably easy to put together and if you make a mistake, you very quickly realise and very quickly work out what you should have done. It comes with no tools so I recommend the following -- a pair of long-nose pliers, an 8" adjustable and if you can get your hands on one from a mate or whatever, a decent socket set. It took me less than 30 minutes and I'm not mechanically trained or minded - my limit is changing a wheel on my car and changing a 13 amp plug. I've certainly had more problems with flat-pack furniture. It's easy to fold it flat for storage, to open it as an upright trolley and switch it to a 4 wheel trolley. Worth the money for domestic & light commercial use.

I have been using this to move things about in my garden,and it is so quick to interchange to a trolley,I have even moved a very heavy cast iron log fire on this upstairs,amazing.I have only had one problem when I was bringing back compost from local ALDI,one of the wheels came off but the load was still stable with three wheels,it was only the nut that had come loose so fixed in seconds.GREAT BUY.
