The fit was too tight so I put one tip into boiling water, took it out and it slipped right on.

Split open suddenly!! Dangerous!! Do Not Use!!
*Do Not get or use!!! Urgent- Read ALL: * VERY DANGEROUS - Brand new tip after just 6 days using split wide open pushing me sideways, read: At first I liked how these were to walk with on my cane. I felt smoother to walk more naturally with. UNTiLโฆ Suddenly my cane went oddly away on itโs own, twisting me crookedly away. I had no idea what was happening as I had not stepped in a hole, on a crack, a rock. I was walking in my hallway after coming in from outside.And Iโm so glad it didnโt happen while I was outside too or Iโd have been very horribly injured. And who knows what else. I was fortunate to be inside, but not fortunate that it happened. I grabbed a doorknob, pushed on it hard to hold myself back from falling down and hitting my head on the floor. After stopping. Shakily I stood up slowly, checked hurting, bruised self. I still hadnโt let go of my cane. I pulled it over and grabbed jt with my other hand as I leaned against the door. The new cane tip had just gone and ripped off!!! Leaving the bottom of the caneโs metal edges showing. Only the top piece of the cane tip still circling above the metal edges. Nothing covering the opening metal edges of the cane!! Unbelievable. I really could have been injured or much worse. I threw the other tips in the garbage. So angry how it all could have been really worse. It was really frightening when it happened, shocking!!!
