I had a bottle of oil that leaked in my bag .** A: I use it for Aniline leather which does not have a shiny coating, so if your handbag is of that type it will draw the oil out. It does fade the area of application slightly but after a while it is not noticeable. My advise would be to apply sparingly and slowly go layer by layer until you have the desired result. It was also very light in colour, so this is not a ‘fix all’, but used in conjunction with leather filler and paints from the leather repair kit (sold separately).
