Brooks Men's Adrenaline GTS 21 Running Shoe

I wear a size 13 usually, But for a proper fit on running shoes I go with 12.5 4E. Brooks has a great selection when it comes to wide fit running shoes. I received them yesterday and jogged 3.5 miles in them That same night. I don't normally run, But Im a cyclist and I ride A lot. For the first time I had no foot pain, No lower back pain, and I was able to jog with very few breaks. the next day after a run I normally feel beat up. My feet and back hurt pretty bad and I feel pretty sore all the way around. Running with these shoes, the next day I felt sore but no where near as bad as usual. My feet felt fine. and no back pain. these shoes feel great. I think I am going to be running more because of these shoes. I made sure to get shoes that are supportive to my pronation and are the proper size* Ive always went with sz 13 being that is what I normally wear. And its always harder to find Wide fit running shoes that look good Or that are not special order. So I just always thought Sz 13 would work best. After years of wearing the wrong size I tell you that wearing a sz 12.5 4E for me makes the biggest difference. From now on especially in sport related activities. I will always wear the right size. Get fitted at a running shoe store and try on a couple pairs. I felt the difference immediately. I also would by the more popular or cooler looking nikes or adidas, but I've notice they rarely have wide feet sizing- especially when it comes to there very popular shoes. And as I think back to the many pairs I've owned. I can't think of one stand out pair that were great for running. So Make sure to get a shoe that works best for the way you run , and make sure the Sizing is on point with you.

I was always an active person until I started back working behind a desk for the past 7 years. I finally decided to leave customer service industry after 25+ years and now work a 3rd shift warehouse job with less days but much longer hours per day completely on my feet. The 1st month I thought it was the silliest decision I ever made and that I gave myself too much credit thinking that I could pull it off. The pain was unbearable and I could barely walk in the house when I would come home. I tried different shoes, insoles and anything I could thinking I just needed to give it time. This brand was recommended when my son was in basics combat training for the Army and I thought why not try. I felt results the very 1st night I wore them! Such relief. I was even able to stop wearing my ankle brace. I'm more active at work and my long nights are no longer hell and I don't have to spend a day waiting for my feet to be back to normal to do normal day to day activities. These are by far the best shoes I have EVER purchased and I would recommend to everyone! Just be sure to pay attention to what pair you are purchasing. All of their shoes help for different types of daily activity. You MUST make sure you are getting the right pair for why you need them. WORTH EVERY PENNY!!!

I am a nurse who had a desk job for the last ten years who decided to go back to patient care. I had the typical addidas and Reebok shoes and developed plantar fasciitis. I work with physical therapists throughout the day so I decided to ask them about which shoes they would recommend. A well respected therapy proceeded to tell me about what makes a good shoe; he recommended Brooks. I made sure to get a pair that would be a good investment for my feet and my 12 hr shifts so I purchased these! Let me tell you, I have never worn shoes like these...so comfortable and supportive. I literally have spring in my step! I’m just sorry it took me so long to find this brand. I read through some reviews about getting a half size larger than your typically wear. I am sorry I did because the shoes are 1/2 size too big. They are still wonderful to wear so I am keeping them but would have preferred a better fit. My foot pain is not gone because I’ve only worn them for two shifts but my pain has improved. So, treat yourself to a nice pair of shoes, it is totally worth it!

I am very impressed at the quality of this shoe. I never used to take much into consideration when looking to purchase athletic shoes; if they were under $50 that was good enough for me... But after having my second baby in the past 6 months and noticing some changes in my body, I started to take my fitness shoe shopping more seriously. I have always been a penny pincher when it comes to clothes, but I’m realizing now that when it comes to running shoes, it is a noticeable difference in quality and you really do get what you pay for... So I have had these pair of new balance shoes for about 3 years now and never had an issue with them until about 3 months after having my baby I tried doing some workouts in them and noticed weird foot cramps that I never had before... At first I just thought it was due to bad form or repetition or simply just being out of shape from having a baby and being slightly overweight... But anyways, it was getting to the point where the foot cramps would get so intense that it would linger the rest of the day... I do have flat feet and thought maybe that could be it too, but ultimately think it’s probably because the shoes are old and worn.. But whatever the case, as soon as I got these shoes in the mail, I tried them on and fell IN LOVE!!! I just went on my first loooong walk in these shoes the other day and let me just say that I will never buy any other running shoe again! This is it right here! I walked a total of 4.5 miles, pushing my 3 year old in his stroller and wearing my 6 month old on my chest in her baby carrier and I did not feel any tension or cramp in my feet or legs whatsoever! It literally felt like I was walking on a cloud, or simply floating on air. It was magical. I swear by these shoes that I will never buy another running shoe brand ever again. So to all those moms trying to get back into shape, this is the best shoe for that. I’ve never felt so motivated to work out and walk and actually ENJOY it too. 10/10

I've struggled to find gym shoes that provide sufficient support for my flat feet. These are perfect for cardio and weight training at the gym.
