So if you're like me you've been looking at purchasing metal nibs for your pencil but have been apprehensive because there aren't many reviews telling you it's okay. Well I'm here to say it is totally fine. I use this nib on my premium kindle pencil for my scribe and it works great. Installation is easy and fast. I did use it on the scribe without a screen protector and it doesn't leave scratches however just to be safe I did purchase a matte screen protector simply because I throw my scribe in my purse alot. It does take a few times of use to adjust your hand pressure. Start out soft and work your way up to the pressure you feel comfortable with while writing so keep that in mind. I did not notice any offset in tip to screen. The writing quality in my opinion improved greatly over the use of the plastic nibs. It's durable and I don't forsee needing to replace it for quite some time if ever. I did notice the screen shadow happens more often but in the video I show that flipping to a new page and then back will eliminate the shadows So if you were looking for the review to encourage you to switch but you were apprehensive due to it being metal then this review is for you. Feels like a ball pen. Doesn't scratch the screen even without screen protector. Doesn't fall out. Stays in. Writes well. Works well. Installs the same way as the original one. I like it better than the original. No issues found using it.

This product was bought for both my standard and pro pen for the Kindle Scribe, and I have had no issues with either pen after purchasing it. I love my Scribe, but the plastic tips wear out very quickly. I was concerned that the metal tips would cause scratches to the screen or not feel as good as the plastic. I have not noticed any scratches through normal use for several months. Pros: It lasts forever. After several months of consistent use, I have not noticed any wear to the tips. With the plastic, I would have had to replace it several times. It does not scratch the screen. Through normal use (not pressing down crazy hard) you will not scratch your screen. Cons: It seems overpriced for such a small piece of metal. I know that the parts have to be precisely made to avoid scratches, but the price still seems higher than it needs to be. ($16.99 was my purchase price.) The tip does not write as well as the plastic. This is more of an opinion, but I like how the plastic wrote better. The plastic would also seem to be closer to the Kindle which made the writing more natural. However, this is a tradeoff that is still worth me moving to metal tips. Overall, this product is a 4 out of 5. It would be a higher rating if the price was lower but overall, it is a great product. I recommend this to anyone looking to reduce the frequency of tip replacements.

Use with a screen protector! The metal can scratch the raw screen. This is a much better feel than the provided plastic nibs, and it never wears out. I don't know about you but I lost the spare nibs the same day I opened my kindle. If you plan on doing a fair bit of note taking with the kindle scribe I highly recommend this product.

Perfect! The plastic tips that come with the pens are worthless. They wear out very quickly and never wear evenly. These titanium tips are all you will ever need. They send two tips in the box. Ive been using the same tip for a year and I may never need the 2nd tip. Definitely worth a 15.00 investment!!!!!

I ordered the 10 nibs which includes one metal nib just in case I didn’t like the metal nib. Wow. I’m impressed. I doubt I will return to the standard kindle tips. This writes much better than the original tips (in my personal opinion), 100% upgrade. The only thing I regret is not having purchased this product sooner. Although it is too soon to know, I am very concerned about scratches and may have to put a screen protector just in case as I do plan to be doing lots of shading in work. You could take a risk there but there’s a workaround with the screen protector I guess, other than that it’s frigging amazing. Use your best judgment eh?

This titanium replacement tip is a must. The plastic tips that comes with the pen will erode in a matter of days especially if you use it frequently. It works as described and will not damage your Kindle with any scratches or marks. If you are tired of replacing you tips, buy this, you will never have to replace your tip again.

Bisher besteht ein guter Eindruck. Die Spitzen sind weder zu rau, noch zu rutschig und machen beim Schreiben ein - für mich - angenehmes Geräusch. Ich versuche es ohne Schutzfolie auf dem Kindle, da ein Kollege das Setup hatte und mir das zu rutschig war.

既存のペン先が消耗してきたため、リフィルを探していたときにこちらを発見、消耗レスに惹かれ、即購入。 私はKindleの画面に保護フィルムを貼って使っていますが、問題なく書けます。若干滑りが良くなった感じです。鉛筆からボールペンに乗り換えたような感覚ですかね？ 文字も細く書けます。 とにかく細目のペン先で書きたい自分としては、良いこと尽くしの商品でした。

Écriture toujours parfaite après plusieurs mois d'utilisation.

Fits my kindle scribe pen flawlessly, and glides so much smoother than the original plastic nibs. It also is so much more sensitive than the original plastic nibs and makes low pressure strokes so much easier, so the actual drawing experience is much better with titanium IMO. Plus, well, it's titanium! I've been using a titanium nib (from the same brand) on my Noris Jumbo for years, and both the nib and the screen of my samsung tab S4 are practically brand new. The nibs are rounded enough that there's no sharp edge to create scratches, and I used to get more issues with smears from the original plastic nibs than I get from the titanium ones. I would never go back to plastic, and I actually check availability of titanium nibs before considering buying a stylus.

Dopo aver sostituito 3 punte al pennino del mio Scribe (facendole durare più del dovuto tenendo spuntati i filamenti che si creavano con l'usura) ho scoperto l'esistenza di queste punte. Mi hanno rivoluzionato completamente la qualità di utilizzo del pennino! Maggior precisione, nessuna manutenzione per il controllo dell'usura della punta e nessun timore per le deformazioni da impatto (in caso di caduta accidentale o di sfregamento contro una superficie più dura). Qualità dello scorrimento ottimale, sembra realmente di scrivere con una penna a sfera. Consigliatissimo. Investimento da fare assolutamente!
