Q: Why is this advertised as 0 net carbs when it contains 4g of carbs and no fiber or sugar alcohol?

Net carbs means the amount absorbed after consuming. so in theory anyway, the 4 grams of carbs in Allulose aren't absorbed, but pass through the digestive system. That said, I have been very disappointed in Allulose. Even at measurements triple the amount of other sweeteners, I don't get any sweetening effect at all.

Q: Is this allulose manufactured in China?

I do not know where it is manufactured because I tried it once, and I could not tell it was a sweetner--even after doubling dose, so I threw it away.

Q: How is this zero carbs when it lists 4gm per scoop?

It calculates to near zero net carbs because a realtime serving size is less than 1/4 of 1 scoop (as listed on the package). Allulose is an accepted sugar substitute. IMO, one of the best as it leaves no aftertaste.
