We like everything about this stepp stool. It is easy to assemble, looks nice, is sturdy and stable, and not difficult to pick up and move. It works for my kids standing up to the counter and me standing to reach high cupboards. It doesn't wobble when being used.

The lumber used to make the step stool is sturdy , but not bulky! I got the dark wood and the finish is right on! Now for the best, my 9 year old neighbor is constantly tearing things apart; I wanted to see if ,without help, if he could put the stool together! He discarded the the plans, as most men do, and in 30 minutes, I had a very sturdy step stool! My young inquisitive friend was golden!
