Opening the box or opening the lipsticks? If it’s the lipsticks, non greasy fingers (from other make up products) help, & if it’s really stuck, try soaking it in hot water.

I can't get all the lipstick out of the bottom

There is a little plastic cap in the top of the lipstick, take a pointed sharp knife and put it inside and pull the cap off.It works every time for me and you can use all the lipstick then.
