It's good, but not very strong. Wouldn't repurchase
I'm a pastry chef, so I've put this to use in quite a few ways. I like that it is eco-friendly. And it's good to be baked on. But it cannot be reused as much as regular baking paper, because it tears very easily. It also isn't water resistant or grease proof, which contributes to the tearing. Wouldn't buy again.

Not at all a baking parchment paper...
Purchased after reading good reviews! However, the product is not at all good for baking. Very thin, soaks water and sticks to the bread and extremely annoying to remove. You will have to cut off parts of the bread. So, do not buy after reading the many star opinions of others! It is not at all worth!

Neither Greaseproof nor Non-stick
This is just paper. It has to be greased to avoid it sticking to bread dough so not great for baking. It is also not greaseproof so not great for wrapping any food which contains fat. Not something I will buy again.
