Installation went well, came as described, and perfect with all hardware needed... I only added Teflon tape. No connection leaks, and shut off/on valve works without a drip. Looks nice. Replaced a 10 year old plastic equivalent part. The New refrigerator has water solenoid that hammers the water when operating. I think the hammering pressure cracked the old plastic part. Expect this new brass valve will hold up better,

Product is exactly as it shows online. Connected to my house line easily with no leaks. Seems strong and sturdy. Works better than the part that came with my bidet.

This product performs perfectly the only issue being attaching the RO line to this unit you need to tighten the bolt far more than you might think or else it leaks but once done properly I haven't seen any leaks.

I needed a 3/8 x 1/4 tee for an RODI system I was installing and neither of the big-box stores I visited had any in stock. Found this at Amazon and was pleasantly surprised when it arrived. Was in it's own plastic box and the valve itself was very heavy duty quality. Installed very easily and got me making water right away. One end attached to the existing valve, the other end to the supply line to my sink, and the tee to my RODI line. Valve is a 90 degree turn for easy on/off when I need water to the RODI system. Only complaint I have (slight) is that from the photos in the description it makes it appear that there is a plastic sleeve and insert included for making a compression seal with a PVC line, when in fact there is only a brass fitting for connecting a metal supply line. So had to make a trip down to the hardware store to pick up a sleeve/insert for plastic tubing. So just be aware of that is you are attaching a plastic supply line (don't use the brass one as it can cut the plastic tubing).
