Is this mask to N95 standard?

3M 8210 is to N95 standard, not sure about 8822.

Hi how long is delivery?

The delivery time is what you pay for or not. My order arrived four days after I initially paid for it at the checkout.

Is the plastic bag supposed to be open?

So far as I know if they are individually wrapped the plastic bag should be sealed. However I have received some boxes where all the masks are in one bag and not sealed. If unsure either place in a baby iv steriliser or spray with a mask disinfectant, not sure of the name but it is widely available. Always leave it to dry thoroughly before wearing. Hope this helps. I certainly wouldn't think so. You need a medical grade mask for that.
