1950s Memory Lane: Large print book for dementia patients

91 year old mother (with dementia) loves these books

I bought this for my grandmother who has late onset dementia. The text is big enough that with her glasses on she can read it herself. If she doesn’t want to read it then she is happy for family or carers to read it out and discuss the news items in it. As she can remember the 1930’s-1960’s far better than the present day it gives a good taking point. I purchased all three books and they are all good quality.

I bought this for my uncles 80th birthday, he has lewy body dementia. He really enjoyed looking through and reading this book 🫶🏼

Bought this for my mum as she suffers from dementia, it helps prompt her about the "good old days", when she was a lot younger, though a lot is about american things.

Dad loved it took him down memory lane .good for dementia

Bought for my uncle - the book is a great concept and has large text but disappointed there weren’t that many pictures, and those pictures that were shown inside weren’t in colour and were small (unlike what is shown on the front cover).

Nice little cheap Christmas/Birthday gift, dont know if any of its true I was not born then :-) nice Xmas stocking filler
