CIPA 48600 Full Size Convex Mirror , black Large

These mirrors were a very nice addition to my 1950 Studebaker Truck. The original driver's side mirror was old and cloudy, and the aftermarket mirror on the passenger's side was flat and had no field of view. These mirrors were very reasonably priced, and look very "period correct" on an old vehicle, and work great. The only thing that I changed was the mounting bolt. The bolt that comes with the mirror has a gold zinc-chromate finish, and I used a stainless bolt to match the other silver-colored hardware on the mirror bracket. These mirrors give a very wide track-of-view, so the objects in them are REALLY CLOSER than they appear.All in all a great value.

I put these on a set of Jeep quick release mirror arms. I hated the flat mirrors that came with them because they rattled like crazy and were not convex at all. These fixed ALL the issues. Simply removed the mirrors on the arms and replaced with these and I'll be running these year round now

Great mirrors for the price. I put them on my Wrangler TJ to replace the Quadratec mirrors that weren't Convex. Install was piece of cake. The mirrors are crystal clear. Only downside is that they whistle something fierce over 30 mph. I believe it can be fixed by some tape around the perimeter because the sharp parting line sticking up is likely causing it.

put it on my 4 wheeler was easy to install and worked well

I picked up a 5" round mirror at a local auto parts store to figure out what size I wanted, then I came to Amazon to order 2 of the 6" round mirrors. When they arrived, much to my surprise they were MUCH better quality than the one from the auto parts store. I put these onto an offroad race buggy and they are absolutely great, as I can loosen / tighten the swivel mount so that it does not move once I have it set. And to the people who say the swivel mount is "too tight"... 1) that's a good thing, it shouldn't be easily movable, otherwise you will be readjusting it all the time... and 2) you can loosen the three screws around the mount and adjust the tension if you really want to. Please don't rate a product bad if you are just too incompetent to use it correctly.

These mirrors appear to be of good quality. Their degree of convexness is right for mounting on my H120 bucket frame. Buying the black ones was much cheaper than chrome and since I keep my tractor out of the weather when not in use I do not anticipate any more rust than with the chromed version.

I bought one to try it to replace the flat mirrors I had on my Jeep. I wanted to try one first to see how well ot would work. Got the mirror an installed it. The convex work just like I needed it to so I ordered o e for the other side. As you can see from the picture the second one came on with a different color post and screws then the solid black color the first. These were ordered 1 day apart. So it looks funny and easily picked up when looking at the Jeep.
