Revolutionary Technology !
Had a book that was falling apart which was quite pricey and would take almost a month to ship a replacement. Decided to buy this to preserve the book, and many others. its done an excellent job. Its quick once you get the hang of it and with all the image editing options the scan came out looking better than the original book !

Slow to conect, low to take snaps and crashes under editing
1- long conetion time to win 10 - it can take about 5 min.2-long scaning time in auto mode, much longer than described.3-Adjustment after scaning - program crashes after few hundrid pages an you need to start over.

Vale mucho la pena.
El scanner funciona muy bien, rápido y el OCR es muy preciso. Trabaja perfectamente bien, lo mismo con documentos, libros de pasta blanda y libros de pasta dura. Hace la corrección geométrica muy bien y me ha permitido también digitalizar algunos dibujos en formatos mas grandes. Funciona además como una lámpara de escritorio bastante elegante.

Excellent Book Scanner
I bought the CZUR Aura Pro to digitize old Japanese Buddhist books, and it has exceeded my expectations. The setup took only a few minutes, and the foldable design saves space on my desk. The build feels sturdy but not heavy.Scanning is fast and satisfying. Once I got into a rhythm with the foot pedal, I was scanning an entire 200-page book in under ten minutes. The image quality is excellent, even for small kanji. The curve-flattening feature handles old bindings well, and the software automatically splits the left and right pages into separate files with good accuracy.Lighting is strong and even. The side lights reduce glare on glossy pages, which is important for older books printed on reflective paper. The OCR works with Japanese, and while it’s not perfect on rare characters, it saves a lot of time converting text into searchable PDFs.It also doubles as a desk lamp, which I didn’t expect to use much, but it’s bright, adjustable, and genuinely useful.Overall, the Aura Pro is a solid, thoughtfully designed scanner. It has turned what used to be a slow and stressful task into an efficient, almost meditative process. For anyone who works with books or historical texts, it’s an excellent investment.
