Does the Biltong Box have a front door, or do you access the meat from the top lid?

You lift lid off and access from above. There is a model with a front door. But in my opinion I would not bother with the front door as the biltong at the back dries first due to light bulb and air flow. This is a great produce I use mine every week.

How to store your biltong after it's dried? Leave it in the biltong maker, slice it up, put in fridge, freeze?

Remove from dryer and store in stomach. Make more when storage is full. Simple
