During my pregnancy and postpartum, I found these electrolytes and I LOVE THEM! I have an increased need for electrolytes outside of nursing and pregnancy, and these fit the bill for it all. These electrolytes taste great, have clean ingredients, and are free of allergens- a HUGE consideration for my household. These mix well into water, too! I do add some magnesium glycinate and additional potassium, and it all works so well together. I highly recommend this product if you need extra hydration support that doesn't taste like you're drinking ocean water! P.S. get the variety pack- all of the flavors are great, but I am partial to th grapefruit! 😁
