Are there larger versions of this 10 or 12mm? i have the rgb cob set and these are too small

Do I have to use the entire length of the strip or can some of it be not used? 15% not used for example.

Hi, all PAUTIX COB strips have copper tabs and they are scaled about 1-2 inches apart. You can cut the COB strip in the middle of the copper sheet according to the length you need, and you can use these connectors to connect the 8mm wide COB strip again. That is to say, you can not use 100% of the COB light strip and you can also connect longer length on the basis of the original COB light strip. Works well.....

Made rewiring my cab clearance lights on my pickup. Muck easier than cutting and splicing a bunch of wires

Don't Bother

The PAUTIX system is decent, but these connectors are basically useless. The "T" part of this connector is incredibly difficult to wire properly. There is no way to secure the wires on one side while you delicately place the wires on the other. Then once the cap is "closed" the wires invariably touch in spots causing shorts in the circuit. I spent far too long trying to make them work until I finally gave up and got some small wire nuts. Don't waste your money. If you determined to use them I would suggest using a 20 or 22 gauge wire. I was using 18 and it was a lost cause.
