A great addition to have. Easy to install and so far, it's working great.

Product died and is non functional under limited to normal use rates

Dead Bolt and app is great, but Door Handle part in the middle is too short for standard door to fit. Screws are small compared to to the unit in the door currently

It seems to be faithful to the manual or description when purchased. However, I don't know why the battery of the door lock I bought for the back door is running out quickly. The front one still has 80% left, but the back one is at 0%.

Easy to install, although the actual product was slightly different from instructions. Easy to program, would definitely recommend.

After having for a year and a half the lock motor broke. We never got the keypad to work properly. The fingerprint only worked for one person. Do Not Get. Waste of money

This lock has been a pain ever since I install it. Most of the time it takes multiple tries to get it to lock when you leave. Multiple attempts to open it upon returning. I came home today and it wouldn’t let me in at all and I had to use to app to open it. Just ordered a different lock and this will go in the trash.

I purchased this product for my daughter and installed it back in May. It worked very well up until early Feb. The door wouldn't open. The latch inside the door handles would not move. I contacted Customer support and they were very helpful. I had a new part that was covered under warranty within 3 days. I installed the new part and the lockset is working great again. The customer support at this company is unlike any I have ever seen before. They even followed up a few days later to make sure everything was working properly now.

Le mécanisme intérieur de la poignée est de mauvaise qualité. Après quelques utilisation, la poignée n’enclenche plus bien. Pour le clavier numérique lié à l’application qui s’y rattache, c’est facile d’utilisation. Par contre, mes enfants disent que la moitié du temps, leur code , leur empreinte ou la carte de d’ouverture qui vient avec ne fonctionnent pas et ils ne sont pas capables d’entrer à tout moment donc on ne barre pas la porte. En général, je ne recommande pas ce produit et comme mon délai de retour est dépassé, car nous l’avons installé tardivement après l’avoir reçu, je vais devoir tout jeter à la poubelle et acheter autre chose.

The smart lock works great. We added a gateway and I can lock & unlock the door from anywhere, but the latch broke the first couple days. Called Hornbill , took a while but they said they are sending a replacement latch…got the latch. Customer service has called several times to see if it was ok. Awesome company to deal with. Thanks

La serrure est très bonne et facile à installer, mais la poignée est très fragile et de moins bonne qualité.

Quality of the design and construction is mixed. The electronic deadbolt works great. The latch design (thumb latch) is just ok as we had some issues with the quality. The customer service was great (thank you!), they worked hard to resolve the concern.
