Will this work in a toaster oven?

I don’t have a toaster oven but have used it in regular oven

Do standard muffin cups fit?

No they are too big. The muffin pan is very flimsy. You would have to put it in a cookie sheet I think to stabilize it. I have to be honest I returned it because it was too flimsy and the paper cups didn’t fit.

How many ounces are in each cup, i.e., how much does each individual cup hold?

I don't know the answer but I would not recommend these. They are extremely thin and flimsy. I have used them 2 times and had trouble getting stuff out both times. There is no support so even if you put on a cookie sheet if you have to pull to readjust or whateve it is dangerous. Got much better quality at Aldi's for $6 and Walmart has for about $10.
