It's no good saying it's hot or extremely hot etc without a sense of scale. I eat Dave's Insanity Sauce (the Ghost Pepper version) every morning on my bacon and eggs. I put plenty on. I also put the Ultimate Insanity sauce every on my lunch. So my heat tolerance is good. I love the everlasting lava-like burn that extract sauces give you. It is specifically that quality I look for. Now...the Dave's Ghost Pepper sauce is obviously very hot, but I've gone past the dying stage with that one, and it's quite tolerable. I've been looking for something that makes me feel like I made a mistake. I tried Who Dares Burns Second Assault, and the Ultimate Insanity, but these taste bad to awful. The Ultimate Insanity sauce is particularly grim. It advertises itself as a food additive not a condiment, which is its saving grace. It knows what it's good for. But I want to use it as a condiment. I'm not making batches of chilli con carne or curry, as only I could eat it out of my family. But a furiously hot sauce that tastes good (or not nasty) seems hard to come by...I had a bottle of Z: Nothing Beyond and that is definitely hot enough, but it's too sweet for me. It's the best tasting sauce (as everyone says), but I need something more savoury. Now to this sauce: I've always skimmed over this range as, frankly, the name Psycho Juice just seemed very lame to me. I didn't like the art work either. But after a long time of ignoring it I finally took a closer look and discovered that it's Dr Burnorium of St Nicolas' Market fame in Bristol. I saw that there was a lesser Ghost Pepper version and a higher one (this one, with the extract), and decided to try it. Even if the sauce tastes like ass, like the Ultimate Insanity sauce, I still make the point of eating it all because it's so damn expensive. Hence trying a new sauce is always a bit of a risk. Happily, this is a good one. The flavour is decent—just a blast of very strong chilli. The first ingredient is 70% naga, then extract, then water! It also uses cane vinegar instead of ascetic acid (which the Dave Range uses), so it's overall more food like than the American stuff. I can happily use this as a condiment. HOWEVER: it is really, really hot. If, like me, you find Dave's Ghost Pepper sauce to be waning in its effect on you, and you need something to make you blink and question your choices, try this.

It's hot, hella-hot.

Absolutely ridiculously hot beyond comprehension. Works well as a couple of drops added to a BBQ sauce or a chilli but as an actual hot sauce neat?? No bueno absolutely fire and probably the most extreme heat you will feel from a UK hot sauce brand.

Okay... I put a large amount on my chinese take away. I ended up pacing around, hallucinating and vomiting fiery lava through my sensitive nasal passages. I then proceeded to lie on the floor in the foetal position crying like a child, periodically screaming for assistance. Once I recovered I say for the next 4 hours with stomach cramps followed by a 7 hour broken sleep involving stomach cramps. All in all, a fantastic product that really hit the spot. I would recommend this to any 'hot head'. A+ product! Very satisfied and will be purchasing again!

At 600,000 scovile units this is the hottest sauce I’ve tried so far. Really nice and hot and lasts a long time as you only need a few drops on your food. The more you eat of it the easier it gets. Your tolerance for hot food will increase with this sauce. As for flavour it’s not as nice as the less hot psycho juice sauces like the original ghost and scorpion sauce. Still delicious though.

This stuff should come with a warning. I thought i would try a tablespoon of it, after sniffing it and thinking it doesnt seem too bad. How wrong was i, it sits in your mouth for a second then what i can only describe as a mixture of someone pouring petrol in your mouth and lighting it, a firework going off and someone sawing your tongue off all at the same time, i was sweating and struggeling to breath, it then sends your face numb and makes you swear at your wife whilst demanding the milk. Next morning was hell, after the constant stomach ache all night i sat on the toillet and screamed like i was giving labour to a 300lb baby. The burn on your ring is unreal. The wife came to hold my hand and stroke my hair whilst i was having uncontrollable contractions. Fortunately after 30 minutes the the stomach cramps and contractions stopped and i treated my bavkside to a treatment of mint and tea tree shower gel. The relief when i put this shower gel on was heavenly. Cant wait to get some poor soul with it at work. Great for practical jokes and dares. Wouldnt use it on a kebab though.

J'ai commandé cette sauce pour savoir ce que faisaient 600 000 Scovilles sur ma langue et je n'ai pas été déçu, je confirme que c'est une sauce très très piquante!

Es una salsa extremadamenre picante. Yo soy un usuario que consume mucho picante. Nunca habia pedido ninguna por internet, todas las que encontraba en tiendas convencionales eran... Insuficientes para mi. Despuez de buscar muchas marcas por esta plataforma , comparar e investigar, con recelo confie en esta. No me arrepiento, es muy muy extrema, antes probar un un poco en el dedo y luego valorar jaja

it did just what I expected from a 600.000 SHU hot sauce. I guess the flavor is typical for this kind of pepper, other ingedients are barely noticeable, it may also has something to do with the immense pain coming with this nicely sounding sauce. oh and yes, you'll feel it a second time. every time. 5/5 I do recommend it! have fun

Es cierto lo que has leído sobre esta salsa. Con que sepas que UNA LÁGRIMA (Ni siquiera gota, ojo) te deja la boca y la lengua aturdidas durante alrededor de 5-10 minutos perfectamente... Poco más hay que decir. Prepara tu orificio de salida porque necesitará mentalizarse. Y no, no es broma, han pasado horas desde que la probé esta mañana y mi intestino me ha dado un toque de atención bastante curioso hace un rato. Será mejor que la mezcles en dosis bajas con otra salsa de base para darle a esta un toque inesperado. Úsala con precaución, de verdad. Ah, y no le he visto fecha de caducidad. Debe ser inmortal o algo así. No me extrañaría. Insisto, no es broma. El cachondeo de esta reseña se debe a la impresión que causa. Disfruta del viaje. Nos vemos en el infierno.

Sauce très forte et à bon goût. J'adore cette sauce et en ajoute toujours quelques gouttes avec mes repas au travaille. La sauce prend tout de même quelques repas avant d'être habitué. Si vous voulez tester cette sauce mais que vous n'êtes pas habitué au piment ou même un peu déjà on monte quand même d'un sacré cran, attention de bien surveiller votre alimentation. Manger des aliments qui sont recommandés en cas d'intestins irritable, riz, quinoa, viandes maigre, afin d'épargner la tuyauterie un peu le temps de s'y faire, gare aux crampes sinon.
