I have never heard of this brand, but I do like to give any pre-workout a try before judging it. I work out regularly and a good pre-workout can provide that extra edge to get more done and hit goals. I have had mixed experiences with pre-workout. Many I have tried just don't feel like that do all that much for me, but the Venom has been a positive experience. It's a good size and the measuring scoop has both a small and large scoop depending on your needs. What I did find intriguing was the high caffeine content. If you have a high tolerance for caffeine like myself, than this provides you with more caffeine than most pre-workout. Tastes just fine, but I will say I am not a stickler for the taste. I mix it with water and drink it quickly, so I don't spend much time considering how good it tastes. It does taste better than some I have had. The pump is just fine, although in my opinion it's not overwhelming. I don't get boundless energy from this or feel like I am bouncing off the walls, but I do feel enough to motivate me to work out hard. What this does do very well is gave me excellent focus and increases the length of my workout. I find I am much more focused on my lifts and can endure longer workouts without tiring quickly. I do recommend it!

I have not tired a pre-workout supplement and I was really excited to look into this supplement. I workout 6-7 days a week for about 2 hrs. a workout session. I wanted to take my workout to the next level and thought I would see how this type of supplement would enhance my workout/results. The watermelon flavor is pleasant. I started with ½ a small scoop to assess my personal tolerance and mixed it with 8 oz of cold water and as instructed drank it 20 minutes before my workout/training. I have moved up to a full scoop after 2 days of 1/2 scoop. I feel extra boost of energy but no caffeine jitters, so that’s a plus. I will update this review in 15-30 days with additional results, so far I am very pleased with the taste thus far. Unless the product does not keep its rating I will update.
