If it had made even a subtle difference I could point to, I would’ve said the price was fair. But at this point, it leans toward feeling a bit overpriced for what it offers. I tried taking the capsules on an empty stomach, based on anecdotal tips that nattokinase might absorb better that way. Still, even with that approach, I didn’t feel much change. The bottle gives a clinical and serious impression, which I appreciated, but it stops short of delivering clarity or results. I would have liked more transparent guidance—perhaps case studies, timelines, or even more detailed expectations—to justify the trust and commitment these kinds of supplements ask of users. What bothered me the most was the vague promise of benefits. The product description leans heavily into generalizations—"supports vision," "improves muscular degeneration"—without explaining what that should look like for someone using the product daily. There’s also no mention of how long one should take it before seeing changes. It left me guessing the entire time. That ambiguity, coupled with no felt improvements, made me feel unsure whether I should even bother finishing the bottle. I’m giving this product ★★★☆☆ (3 out of 5 stars). I respect the intent behind it—it seems well-formulated and avoids unnecessary additives—but ultimately, the lack of clarity and effect hold it back. This supplement is used for many helpful things and many people use it specifically for blood support to keep it flowing smoothly through the body. I've been using this for a short time so don't know what the actual progress has been but I do feel more energetic. It may take a while to decipher any progress at this point, but I do like the product and have had no reverse issues. Price is reasonable for 90 capsules.
