Stops draught from coming through plug holes. Also stops little fingers from exploring.

Do the job they are intended for. Only fault I have is they a bit tight to insert them and a bit of a struggle to remove them if you don't have a good grip.

Safety's covers for plug safety.
Had a job with some of the plugs fittings on wall plugs. large hole at top, a bit tight for the cover, you push it in and hard to get it out.
