It doesn’t move... I’ve even charged it for a whole day in the sun and it still doen’t move... What do I do???

Hi, this item will only work in the sunlight,it does not have a battery and will not charge. If it's not working when facing full sunlight then, check the head is mounted properly in the body and can move freely side to side. If still not working then there might be a loose wire inside.
