Small and Light
Not a professional. Just like to play with cameras and this lens on the fx30 works amazingly well. Imagine quality is fantastic at the price point and the low light capabilities are amazing. Solid 35mm for the money. 4 stars due to auto focus breathing. (It’s still fast I’d just personally prefer it to be quicker)

AF Motor Noise
After much testing, I am rather disappointed to report that this lens creates some autofocus motor noise - which is easily picked up by any hotshoe mounted microphone. Considering that this lens is a cine lens with heavy emphasis on video use, why is it not a silent operating lens? I really liked the image quality this produces and the overall design of the lens is very unique and beautiful, but the autofocus noise is a huge deal breaker for me and have no choice but to return it and stick with 1st party Sony lenses.
