These are brilliant to reduce heel pain caused by prolonged standing in wook boots. Give them a try.

Good fit and very comfortable. Can be easily trimmed to correct length. Provides good protection to the heel. Degree of padding may make the insole a tight fit in some ordinary shoes but they work well in my trainers.

Not being an expert on orthotics I relied on research and reviews. These seemed to be the ones for the job and in my price range. They do support the foot and feel a little firm on first wear in the morning. However, they have enabled me to walk well while recovering from an (as yet undiagnosed by the doctor's!) foot injury; for which the dog is most grateful. I found these easy to fit in walking boots and comfortable enough for all-day wear.

I have always had high arches and didn't realise the pain in my feet, especially after standing ironing, shopping or playing football, was due to having PF. So far these insoles have made such a difference to my feet and don't ache after being active. I was recently in Poland for the weekend and normally my feet would have been throbbing with all the walking but they were fine. I've actually order a second set.

I was plagued for years by Plantar, hospital even made a custom fit insole, which was useless. Years ago i spotted these & gave them a try & now have them for every pair of boots, high tops & trainers I wear, they have brought so much relief & the only time I'm bothered with Plantar now is IF I dont wear them. Birkenstock type sandals help for me in warmer months too. Have recommended to friends & they find them fabulous, even in steel topped work boots!!! 1 tip I will give is I am a size 6, but now i ALWAYS buy size 7, so that the insole fits into the boots/trainers & my feet are really comfortable, the insoles are quite thick in the heal/arch area, but I believe this is to give the foot the support it needs when suffering Plantar, so 1 size up in your shoe size, you will find your whole foot is very comfortable & no 'tightness' which can occur when you purchase your true size footwear with the insole being thicker in heel area. I would only ever buy this make of insole as believe the full size Pro ll wellbeing insole to be the best on the market & believe me, I have tried everything. It is not an overnight fix, but persevere and after 1 month if NOT before you will find so much relief from the agony of Plantar Fascitis. It's easier having multiple pairs then you do not need to remember to take out & place back into another set of footwear & they do wash really well on 30°.

These insoles were comportable and provided good support but wore out within a few weeks before having any impact on my plantar fasciitis.

qualite prix imbattable pour ces semelles qui durent facilement 4 mois, ensuite suel le centre de la semelle font encore le job car le reste est plat. Bien mais a changer tous les 4 mois :-)

prezzo gisuto, non dura molto però la suola perde forma.

A little big for my shoes. Gets a little tight. But ok support
