Easy to put together, perfect height for my dog. Bought one to see if it would accommodate the square water bowl and it fits perfectly. Ordering a 2nd for the food bowl.

Looks great, works well with my existing food bowls for my husky dog. The height is perfect. It blends in very well with my decor - does not look like a huge plastic thing against the wall. It is very stable, not at all wobbly. Super easy to assemble - just 1 screw!

Its really well made easy to adjust its true to height. Like the appearance and design. Loosen the screws center your bowl for the sliding legs the tighten them. One screw for the bottom connecting the two half of the base. Just don't over tight just enough to keep it from loosening.

I love the style of this riser, but I was disappointed when it came damaged. To be clear, the packaging was not damaged. When I opened it to assemble the stand, I found one of the pieces was broken. It is a great height for my 95 lb dog, and my cat has even taken to drinking from the water dispenser on it! It looks like it will be easy to clean, but I worry if it will mold (my dog is a sloppy drinker). It’s very lightweight. Seems relatively sturdy, even with the damaged parts.

I couldn't be more impressed, as a retired woodworker I found the machine work to be very precise making this stand easy to fit together and only requiring 1 screw to secure the 2 pieces which a Allen wrench is supplied for the simple task. The only other adjustments you will encounter is for the desired width which should only be required 1 time. Buy this stand with confidence. Even my Golden Retriever seemed to accept the change and she is fussy in that regard

These stands are perfect for our Lab and German Shepherd. They are super easy to use. Just place the bowl inside the stand and that's it! It can be adjusted based on the size of the dog bowl. I would definitely recommend this item.

Reviewer 1 category: the item is sturdy when put together properly, serves it's function, and is aesthetically pleasing. I'm planning to keep mine. Reviewer 2 category: the item is not manufactured with enough attention to detail. I have a feeling this depends on the size you order, or the style. Mine is the 16" for large breed and the bolts are not long enough to reach the nut if applied correctly. Thus the nut either has to go on backward, making it difficult to tighten completely (which would introduce an unsteady/less sturdy build) unless you grab the outside of the flat edge of the nut with a pliers for tightening. OR cut/shave out the holes a little more so the bolt can fit further through to grab the nut in the correct orientation.

I read many reviews and most reviews about this stand were very good. Some people said they had parts missing, but in my case everything was included and I easily put together the stand in about 10 minutes. Both sets of legs on opposite corners can slide out so that really large bowls can be accommodated. It's a smart design and sturdy. Also, the bamboo is smoothly finished with no splintering. The stand was well packaged and arrived sooner than expected. I highly recommend this stand and this seller! Additional Review: It's been over a year and my Pup still enjoys eating without having to bend low. It now has 2 cracks but that's because my husband found out the hard way that when a leg loosened and slipped that it should have been slid back into place and then tightened. Plus it should be noted to be careful not to over tighten. It's a hollow slot, so it can be cracked if you over tighten it. But even with 2 cracks, it's still holding. The legs have been slid into place to hold the bowl in place. I believe it will last a few more months to maybe a year if I'm careful. But I plan on purchasing this same holder and this time not over tightening the screws. And only let the legs be outstretched larger than the bowl size for a few days. Then slide them in to fit the bowl again. I believe that will have this holder lasting for several years! And by the way, it only tipped over once, after we had it over a year. I hope my updated review helps others to get the most out of their elevated dog bowl holder. It helps my dog to not strain his neck and shoulders. And we use a special bowl to slow him down when he eats, which keeps him from gagging and throwing up. So overall I am still very pleased with this holder and I still recommend it!
