Poor protection packing easy to be smashed
Light bulb good,but ordered 2 and one arrived smashed up no protection wrapping in box due to type of bulb going to be hard to return

Works well
These types of bulbs are getting difficult to find. I needed one for my bathroom and this turned out to be perfect. Easy to install and works fine. Just make sure that it is compatible with your light fitting - correct fitting and wattage

Did not work
This bulb would only work when the starter was removed (which I also replaced with a brand new S10 one from Phillips). I was not comfortable removing the starter permanently as it is surely there for a reason! When I had the starter installed with this bulb, the bulb just constantly flickered for about 5 minutes - I thought it might spring into action at some point, but gave up waiting. Fortunately, I had also bought another pack from a brand called TBE (Amazon product code: B096FR5PCP) and one of the bulbs in that pack worked fine with the new Phillips starter in place. Furthermore, this bulb came on instantly when I installed it, with the starter in place, and with no flickering whatsoever. So I don't know what was wrong with this bulb from Bell - it is the same spec as the TBE bulb so I can only assume the bulb was faulty in some way (although, as I say, it worked when the starter was removed).
