Anyone used this product on integrated sinks? Problems?

No But I used it on my counters and it turned ou okay, It takes alot of time and patience,

how many square feet of counter does it cover ?

It said it covers 40-50 square feet, and I had right at 40 square feet in my kitchen. I had enough left over to do my bathroom counter as well so I would say 50 square feet is accurate.

Every demo features rounded front. How hard is it to apply to a top with a right angle edge and a seam? Does it wear at edge?

Apply it evenly, same as the top coat, it will not wear out anywhere, we are very happy with it, I did two bathrooms! Looks fabulous!!

Looking at Ironstone to pull copper sink and cracked copper tin backsplash in. Do copper flecks show up well in it? Add if needed?

That was not the color we used, but I felt that all the different minerals showed ther beauty equally. The more you sand and expose all the colors. It just pops. We have a stainless backsplash and it looks amazing
