Very satisfied with product and support
The Intel NUC that I bought from GEEKPLUS (a NUC12WSHi5 with 16GB RAM and 512GB SSD) is a nice little device for productivity applications. I have a 4K monitor plugged into one of the USB-C ports on the back and it just works. This is in contrast to another mini-PC that I bought (I won't name it here) which had quality issues and bloatware preinstalled. Perhaps the only negative is that it's not great for gaming due to the integrated graphics, but I'm not going to reduce my rating for that since it wasn't marketed as a gaming machine. I'll also add that there are TONS of resellers who are offering Intel NUCs at various price points. GEEKPLUS was offering a great deal and they seemed to be reputable based on the reviews, but I was still concerned because I hadn't heard of them before. Like, was there a catch? Maybe it would come with no-name substandard components or a sketchy Windows license or something? Well, I'm happy to report that there was nothing to worry about! It came nicely shrink-wrapped in Intel packaging with brand-name RAM and SSD preinstalled (I double-checked that both were on the official Intel compatibility list). I did have a minor update-related issue when I was initially setting it up, but it turned out to be a Microsoft thing and the GEEKPLUS representative via Amazon was very responsive and helpful. Overall, I'm quite pleased with my purchase and I'll be looking for GEEKPLUS again next time I'm in the market for a NUC (which could be soon since I want a media PC in my living room due to how ridiculous streaming is becoming these days, but that's out of the scope of this review).

So far so good
Does what it says on the tin. Windows 11 booted right up, I was able to update drivers pretty easily with an assist from Intel’s NUC site. Using it has been plain sailing so far. During light use it’s not audible to me at all. So far only installations have loaded it enough to spin the fan up enough to hear it, and it’s never approached loud; my DVR makes more noise at times. My monitors were already on VESA mounts so I spent an extra $13 for an offset plate to mount the NUC to: the mounting hardware that’s included in this kit will work if your monitor is on it’s manufacturer’s stand and the VESA mount points are unused. That was completely expected though, so no star knocked off for it. Connecting a Bluetooth headset was a cinch. Also nice to not have to move around the old wired usb headset between old pcs that didn’t have Bluetooth support any more. Happy to have decluttered my desk with a reasonably priced machine that’s more than capable to drive dual monitors, act as a VDI client for work and a little light gaming for play.

A very good mini PC
Pretty good mini pc. It stays quiet while doing the basics unlike some other mini pc where you move the mouse or open a program and you can hear the fan every single time. It is also pretty fast, reliable, and it is good at handling Microsoft photo, including photo legacy with ton of photo with out blasting the fan. it load the thumbnails fast unlike some other mini pc. all in all it is a good buy I'll be keeping this guy for a long time since the storage and ram is upgradable unlike apple mac mini.

Terrible Device
Since I purchased this, it has been nothing but storage issues, and boot issues. Driver problems. And support tells you to go to ASUS, who owns the NUC line now. Terrible product.

Tiny computer, with power under the hood
I purchased this computer for my mom, she wanted something small to fit on her tiny desk, and this fit the bill. This little computer has plenty of connections for her use, for work, internet browsing, and watching videos, you can’t find a better route to go. It will also handle lite gaming with ease especially games designed for tablets or phones. They even make a more powerful setup with an i7 processor, that has 16gb more memory and a 1tb nvme SSD should you need more. This one came with an i5 12th gen processor, 16gb memory and 500 nvme SSD which is plenty powerful enough for what she’s using it for. I don’t think I’d buy anything but these NUC tiny computers anymore unless I needed a dedicated graphics card for gaming, but then again you could probably connect one to this computer via lithe latest lighting connector or USB-C connector, though I haven’t tried. To top all that off, it also comes with the latest and greatest Bluetooth and WiFi 6E chips built into the computer which I believe can be upgraded just like the memory and SSD can should needed. The computer came with windows 11 installed so setting this up was a breeze, just plug it in, download the latest windows updates and then I recommend downloading intels automatic driver updater and your all set.
