I bought the Awatrue EH05-U Wired USB Headset recently. I am very pleased with how it works and feels to wear. This headset is better than I thought in every way. It gets five stars from me. The microphone¬ that blocks outside noise is a great feature. It lets me talk online and play games with clear sound. It gets rid of other noises around me so people hear just my voice. The buttons on the cord make it easy to change the volume or mute the microphone¬ without stopping what I'm doing. The EH05-U is comfortable. It is light and soft on the e¬ars. I can wear it for many hours without problems. When I use my laptop or play games for a long time, I like how it is shaped to not tire me. The sound is very good, giving better audio that makes my games, music, and videos more fun. The balance¬d sound gives a full and involving experience, letting me hear all the small sounds in the audio. In terms of durability, the EH05-U feels well-built, and the materials used inspire confidence in its longevity. The headset has become an essential part of my setup, proving its reliability daily.

I like the headphones but this was my second pair that broke on the right side where they extend. I always extend them fully. They do work well and the price is pretty good so bought them again. I like that they delivered by the next morning after ordering.

I bought this headset for work from home calls and zoom via a laptop. The performance and quality are poor. The sound is not very loud even with my volume on the highest setting. I have to ensure that my external surroundings are quiet to ensure that I am able to hear the person on the other end speaking. The sound also randomly blanks out during calls and zooms. While the person on the other end is speaking the headset suddenly goes silent and I’ll have to ask the person speaking to repeat themselves. The cradle that sits on top of your head also has an awkward fit. And the ear “muffs” are super tiny and don’t cover the entire ear.The headset does not seem durable and looks and feels somewhat cheaply made. This was a terrible purchase. The price is relatively inexpensive so I guess you get what you pay for.

The awatrue EH05-U headset with mic (wire) is a good value for a more than decent, sturdy headset & mic combination. These are a step up from simple student headsets w mic. Used in a large room setting with surrounding noise and hard surfaces, the headsets work well. I can still hear a bit of noise around me, but it is busy after school cafeteria room. So, I don't know if the noise canceling is tremendous; however, for the price I have no complaints. I don't expect these to do something a small headset cannot really do. I have and have had other larger gaming headsets/mic, but I need something portable. I carry these in a backpack full of notebooks and school gear. I have been surprise that I didn't demolish these. I keep them in the bag they came with and try to fold them up to protect them as best possible. Regardless, I am sure during a day carrying them around they take hits. At three weeks, they are still working. The person on the receiving end of the mic has had no complaints hearing me or background noise through my mic. I am usually using these for an hour once a week.

I was required to buy a headset for one of my online classes and got this set. It's been over 6 months and they're still working great. The audio quality is excellent, my voice carries through crystal clear, and they do quiet the noise around you by a small to moderate amount. However, they are not noise cancelling. I can still hear my cat meowing in the next room when wearing these. I do love the little remote attached to the wire as it allows you to mute yourself and change the volume. The muting feature comes in handy when you're on a group call and don't want to accidentally make noise by coughing or shifting around that would be awkward or interrupt the other people speaking. My only other complaint is that they do pinch when you were them, it hurts my head and ears. They are adjustable but you have to tighten them enough that they will stay on and centered over your ears, and the hard plastic material isn't too forgiving when you have to wear them for an extended period.Pros: Amazing audio quality, remote on wire to adjust volume and mute self-speaking, soft earmuffs, voice comes through crystal clear, muffles a minor amount of noiseCons: Pinches with wear of 30 min+, not noise cancelling
