So I have a recurring muscle spasm and pinched nerve which causes huge amount of pain from the neck down to the shoulder and into the fingers. This is due to contact sports I do. Standard painillers that are anti-inflamatory offer zero relief because they only target the muscles. The muscles themselves dont relax and therefore the nerve remains pinched by the spinal column which causes a huge amount of pain. This little miracle of a cream and with its combination of herbal remedies are ideal in relaxing the muscle and also reduce pain due to the pinched nerve. Using this has helped massively to start the healing process. And once the muscles relax. The nerve is released. The pain stops and then you are ready to rebuild the muscle so that you dont get injured again. Outside of this you will need to rely on ice packs and hot pads. And top up with laser treatment and an expensive physio to gently move the muscle around and release the tension. On top of that it smells quite refreshing and doesnt stain white clothes. Originally purchased this item in Spain, great to be able to purchase this on Amazon. Fisiocrem is excellent for relieving muscle pain and back pain etc. Found it better than some branded ibuprofen gels.

This is a very soothing hemp cream, good to massage into skin, has a nice texture and a light scent. Gives good relief.

This stuff really works, I recommend it to friends and family.

I am finding ths Fisiocrem a real relief to my aching shoulders. The pain was radiating down one arm too, but massaging the cream in soon stopped that and has helped ease my shoulders, making it more comfortable when lting in bed too. I love the smeel of it. It might seem a bit strong when you first apply it (U don't mind that at all ) but the smell quickly goes off just leaving a warming , slight numb sensation. I first reveived a tube from a friend, and I have likewise . given some to a friend

This works well for me in treating some long standing muscle injuries It is not cheap but it is effective and hence worth getting.
