Fab mixer tap, I take off the head of the mixer rinsing around or filling saucepans in different t locations, smooth to use , easy to clean and very stylish Mine was installed by a good plumber therefore I cannot comment on this.

Some of the instructions aren't very clear but eventually, I installed it successfully.

A nice tap with smooth operation, can swivel between an angular range or locked in place. Chrome finish is excellent and cleans up really well. Before installing assembly is required and decision made if you require the spout to swivel or not. It’s controlled by a heavyweight brass alloy washer which depending on how it is inserted either allows movement or not. Once decided you insert the spout ,checking it operates the way you want and then insert the thin sprung clip into the slot at the base of the spout insertion point. That’s it, assembly done! You may need some adapters to convert your pipe bore to the same as the taps. These are easily found from your friendly neighbourhood plumbers merchant. Use PTFE tape on the fittings and before you know it you will have fitted your kitchen tap. I award four ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Happy shopping.

When you pull out the hose, it has to be pushed back in bit by bit. For the price I paid for this I would have thought that the weight attachment was good enough to make it spring back in. This isn't a deal breaker though, I still love the tap, it looks classy and the spray function is really cool, although, the spray button is super sensitive so goes on and off sometimes too easily.

For the price I was expecting this to be really good but I was disappointed. The main issue is the low flow. We have 3.5 bar supply pressure which is reasonably good, but the tap can only manage 6 litres/min. This is poor when compared to a £50 tap from Bristan (“cashew”) which chugs out 15 litres/minute (this is our tap from the utility room and we’ve moved it over and returned our Grohe Essence). The other problems are the design flaws outlined below:- Despite the low flow the tap splashes a lot because the outlet from the spout is a good 4-5 inches higher than our other taps so it has a long way to fall. It has a switch to change the outlet pattern to a spray (a bit like a shower head) but this only latches in when the tap is fully open and it de-latches when you turn off the tap, so you can’t use it as your go-to setting. The pull-out hose has a very rudimentary design using a weight to pull it back in which is bulky and you need clearance under your sink. I have my pipework hidden in a 40mm recess and the weight gets stuck in there. If you buy this you will need tap adapters because the connections are not the standard 15mm as most products for the U.K. market are.

Deutlich unauffälliger als erwartet, super schöne Optik, leicht zu montieren und in fünf Minuten angeschlossen. So muss es sein. Gut ist auch die Idee mit dem variablen Anschlag 0°, 150° oder 360° und der verstellbaren Düse. Armatur kommt zweiteilig. Hahn ist aber sehr leicht auf zu stecken und dreht sich sehr leicht ohne zu wackeln. Perfekt. Leider ist der Schlauch mit 45 cm recht kurz so dass man im Regelfall eine Verlängerung kaufen muss. Kostenfaktor bei zwei Schläuchen ca 16 €. Alles in allem eine tolle Küchenarmatur:-)

Buen diseño y buen funcionamiento y sin duda la calidad de Grohe, poco más qué añadir. Las características y las medidas del producto están especificadas y son claras si te gusta y se adapta a tus necesidades, lo recomiendo.
