Stainless steel and easy to clean. Makes an excellent cut into pies in our commercial kitchen. Be aware that the individual blades are thin and can be easily bent in a commercial kitchen dishwashing line. I've directed our staff to hand wash carefully and then run it through the dishwasher for sanitization. The thin blades are both a benefit because of the accuracy and clean cut and a downside because of they are easily bent. I would still buy this again as some alternatives simply mark the pie for knife cutting and they have a large circle in the center to hold the otherwise sturdy marking arms, but the large circle in the center damages the center of the pie topping, making the pie pieces look ugly at the center point.

This cutter is of very high quality; it yields perfect, good-sized portions. You can use it solely to score, or you can also use it to cut the portion all the way through. Excellent quality material.

Not the best quality. One of the slots was already broken off the ring at time of package being opened. I only use this now to mark my lines and using a knife to cut the pieces.

Gostei do produto, fácil de usar, deixando o corte da torta parecendo profissional. O material é bom, inox, fácil de limpar.

Only used it maybe 7times and the blades started to fall apart and separate. Not suitable for dense cakes

Segments all different between 5 and 5.75 inches and arrived damaged in two places, which is very difficult for a piece of metal in very good packaging. Either the manufacturer/ seller has no quality control, no care, or is simply a con merchant
