Bicycle is good but one reflector is broken

1. Firstly it is very easy to assemble 2. Very vibrant colour attracts everyone 3. Very sturdy built quality it's like the built quality of cycles around 10k 4. Very very amazing tyres with a even black colour finishing to the rims as well as to the spokes. 5. Very comfortable and soft saddle. 6. Very smooth to ride. 7. Brakes are amazing and it has metal brakes. 8. Paddle are very strong built and very high quality. 9. It came with a toolbox which had all the equipment required to assemble it. 10. In my case I broke the handle bolt mistakenly so I called the company's customer care they told If any parts of cycle gets damaged then we'll provide an instant replacement for that part and they immediately sent it via courier so that is something I liked the most. *Do not think this is fake review or paid review I just want to clear to the fellow buyers that how the product is over-all. I am 5'6 and it's very good for me according to my height and I firstly thought if it will be good or not but when I received it I was shocked due to its quality overall and even my friends were shocked by the fact that I got this for 5k and they were having having a 8k rs cycle but theirs was not at all comparable in front of this Cycles quality and looks because they bought it offline and it's looks and quality is way too lower than this cycle. I visited nearby cycle shop to fill air in the tyres and the man who owns was stumbled by the pricing he was asking from where you got it. Overall a 10/10 for this price segment consider buying this because you'll get this at atleast 8k in offline store and

Good for this price

Quality is not good. The bolts are of cheap quality so are the brakes. Within just a months use the bicycle already feels like its reached its half life (mudflaps fallen off - light fallen off- brake stops working daily). Also the front wheel is designed in such a way your feet will touch the tire when trying to turn while peddling, I don't know how such a design is even logical, it can at best just go straight with minimum turns. Even the chain and peddle gets very rough even with WD40 lubrication, it's the bad quality of the chain mechanism. Overall main reason I purchased was the price which I regret.

The cycle is good, build quality and ride is smooth as expected. But received with front tyre having no air. After filling air, next day itself it got punctured. Now need to get it repaired for a brand new cycle. Product is good but quality check should be improved.
