I work as a countryside volunteer, erecting walls, fences etc and plenty of tree and hedgerow work. Often bash my head or get prickled. This has worked well and is comfortable to wear (just like a baseball cap) though gets a bit sweaty. Not an industrial helmet but light and comfy and effective in use.

Good fit and comfy

Comfortable hat that provides good head protection when routing about in hedges or cutting them. Those thorn hedges catch you out. The hat stops that and fits well so doesn't fall off when bending down. Good purchase.

Ok when new. But as it's got older: the cap and protective insert don't stay attached. Problem is that the cap folds for keeping the insert in are too shallow and poorly fitting. Shame, as the insert is good in rainy conditions (it has no upper vent holes). Best for rainy weather due to lack of vents.

Good Head Protection, having fallen off Bike & sustained Injuries. Much more wearable than usual Cycling Helmets & can be worn as normal Cap.

Very poor quality. The material comes away whilst lifting the hat off your head . The hard plastic was warped making it uncomfortable. Would not recommend.

Cap looks good but the inner part keeps falling out, not stitch in ( hard inner part ). So had to stop using cap.

Good protection but needs foam inside, plus the protection shows through the material and it becomes pretty hot in this bump hat.

Poor quality, the plastic inner and the fabric don't fix together. I would recommend paying a bit more for a better quality hat
