I regret the purchase, only because my son loves it so much lol. He like the moving around... there aren't alot of actual exercises,  just alot of jumping. But it teaches about healthy eating. Although my son perfers fruit over junk anyday I dont really know if it helped. Warning... ALOT OF JUMPING LOL

This is a fun one that will get your kid moving and grooving- as Grover says. Teaches all about healthy choices in food and activities. Also has some fun bonus features, that you can help a little one with or your older toddler can do on their own. Short, but great for kids that want to dance and move around.
