Footman's Loop. Something you don't really think about - until you need one. These guys are hard to find if you don't know the name of them! Sheesh! I decided to use these to hold a strap up on the front of my Jeep Cherokee. The strap would hold my front sway bar when disconnected off road. Picture attached. These are made very well. Looks to be high quality stainless, and the machining is top notch. They fit perfectly with some flat topped stainless bolts and hold well. I'll use them in my boat to hold the batteries down when I redo it this year.

This is a quality, well-made product. I bought these to replace a tie strap that broke. These Sea Dog tie straps are about 75% thicker than the old ones I had. They should last a long time. Recommended.
