Almost perfect
I love this format for tracking my meals on the left page and corresponding glucose levels on the right page. The lighter ink in the background grid is subtle and doesn’t overwhelm my writing. At first I tried to use the pre-marked calendar at the top of the page, but the font is just too small and faint for my eyes. Oh well, I write all over the page so manually adding the date isn’t a bother.

開封した瞬間、お？これはいい感じと思いましたが使用して一定期間経って少し残念だと思った点二つ記載します。 ①不要になったページを切り取ろうとしたら、切り取れず残念 ②日付等の記載部分があるが、かなり小さく ボールペンのインクサイズが大きい場合見えなくなる場合あり。 コスパのことを考えると、リピートはないかもです。
