It does rock around a bit even if the bolts are fully tightened and to adjust the position you have to unscrew a bolt and then re-srew it back in again... But for £120, nothing else comes close, it does wobble but I’m confident that doesn’t compromise its strength, just bad design. If you want a quick release adjuster and rock solid bench, you have to pay £300+ ### ⭐⭐⭐ Good, but a few tweaks can get it to great. *by R***T on 26 August 2020* Easy to assemble, sturdy and good support, however the bench wobbles from side to side as weight is distributed during exercise.Bench is also on the shorter side for average height people.
