When things happened with lock down, I made sure to purchase a whole bunch of freeze dried goodies as well as dehydrated vegan protein "meat". These things came in handy and I absolutely loved them for that reason. They cook out really quick. I didn't rehydrate them at all, I just threw them into whatever sauce I was cooking or gravy and they soaked the flavor right up and made everything a lot simpler. Over rice, with potatoes (cubed or mashed), as sauteed chicken over ceasar salad. The price is pretty good and the ingredients are similar to that of taking vitamins honestly. I don't know about the variety, cause I only get the chicken one and the sixe is pretty good, cause you don't need to use a lot.

Tvp small assorted pieces, good plant based option to replace regular meat or boost protein in recipes. These take on the flavor of whatever you’re cooking. Just like with most plant based meat substitutes the texture is not going to be the same as meat so if that is your expectation you may be disappointed. I used in recipes as a substitute for chicken and add vegetable better than bouillon for extra flavor.

Vraiment plus petit que je pensais. Je ne suis pas familière avec ce type de protéines bien que je suis végétarienne depuis 12 ans. Je vais davantage explorer les façons possibles de cuisiner! Cependant, je trouve cela tout de même très cher pour la quantité.

Disappointed...crumbs, not chunks; no instructions on bag nor website. I'll prepare the way I do with my soy curls. Won't buy again.

Very good. Great for salads, 'chicken' salad, stews, meatless sauces, and soups.
