Attack On Titan Season 1 Original Soundtrack

I was late to join the Attack on Titan bandwagon, me not being a huge anime nerd. I'm not one to judge usually so I thought I'd give the anime a watch. In all honesty, yes, it's slightly overrated (won't go into that now) but that doesn't detract from the fact it is a brilliant anime. The music throughout the entirety of the series really stuck with me. It's got that Death Note feel with choir-like harmonies and epic orchestral scores contrasting to the more toned-down guitar riffs. I should mention - this is a Part 1 soundtrack and contains most of the music from Season 1 Part 1 of the anime. There are tracks from Season 1 Part 2 not included here but they hopefully will be in the Part 2 soundtrack (release date not yet confirmed). For example, the battle music when Levi fights the female titan. I'm so glad I bought this soundtrack. Sure, it's available on itunes but personally, I like collecting physical CDs, and it's got a lovely cut-out cover design. I could listen to this soundtrack on repeat all day - it will make you want to smile and cry and charge forward, swords out, toward a horde of titans. If you're really in doubt, perhaps listen to a few tracks on youtube to decide. I definitely have no regrets about this purchase - bring on the Part 2 of this epic soundtrack!

Amazing original epic soundtrack for an amazing series! The soundtrack really encompasses every possible emotion, reflected in the series/subject material. I could (and do) listen to this all day and not get bored, and I can not wait for the second album to be released.

Amazing this album is full of really beautiful music. Also it's some of the best background music ever. I would recommend it to any attack on titan fan

The music itself is 5 star worthy, I gave the product a 4 star rating for the only problem I have with this product. The teeth that hold the booklet in place are too low for the slightly thicker than normal lyric book. Its tough to get it out and scrapes the edges of the image a little. I looked at the booklet once and now I won't take it out ever again to avoid any further booklet damage. Since this is All the Anime's first CD release I can let it slide since the rest of the product is so good, if they licence more music, I hope they don't have a repeat of this problem. I still highly recommend it, just don't remove the booklet unless you want minor damage.

Epic soundtrack for an epic series. Vogel Im Kafig has to be one of the most beautiful pieces of music I've ever heard.

Not bad. Not bad at all. I originally bought this OST because I wanted the opening and ending songs thinking that the OST would have it. I was wrong and that's what I get for not reading the song list. It's mainly scores, but they are amazing scores! I have a pretty decent collection of movie/tv show scores and if you've watched the series, the score is right on track. It's very emotional. Tons of tense moments with a few upbeat which fits the show's mold. Fantastic. There are also a few songs in German and English and they are also fantastic! The lyrics are creative and follow the theme perfectly. This OST was worth every penny. I love it!

Excelente soundtrack para un excelente anime "Attack on Titan" ; del gran compositor Hiroyuki Sawano, entre otros composiciones que ha realizado se encuentran los OST de Kill la Kill, Guilty Crown, Seven Deadly Sins (Nanatsu no Taizai), ALDNOAH ZERO etc. Llego sin complicaciones en 2 dias con Amazon Prime

Ich dene eine Rezension zu diesem Soundtrack kann man eher kurz halten, die Käuferschaft sind vermutlich nur Leute die auch den zugehörigen Anime Attack on Titan (Shingeki no Kyoujin) gesehen haben. Der OST enthält alle Musikstücke die auch im Anime verwendet wurden, leider Fehlen allerdings die Openings und Endings des Animes da diese von einem anderen Künstler erstellt wurden. Dies ist aber das einzige echte manko des OSTs, die Musik ist gelungen wirkt auch ohne die Bilder, dabei gibt es ruhige/epische und leicht dramatische lieder. Die 15 Lieder haben alle Text wodurch sie sich auch eignen das man sie immer wieder hört, und sie bieten genügend abwechslung als das es nicht zu eintönig wird. Anzumerken ist nur das die Lieder sehr lang sind und oft in der Hälfte des Liedes die Art ändern. Die Verpackung ist ebenfalls gut, sie wirkt nicht sehr billig und das Cover ist aus festem Papier es es reisfest macht, zusätzlich befinden sich alle Lyrics der Lieder noch darauf Zusammen mit dem Soundtrack von Yoko Kano zu Terror in Tokio (Zankyou no Terror) ist Attack on Titan einer der besten Soundtracks der letzten Jahre, den man auch nachdem der Anime lange vorbei ist noch hören will
