Is this ready mixed or concentrated antifreeze

Its a concentrate, instructions on back say use a 50:50 dilution with water for protection to -37C. No other dilutions given, I used about 1 antif to 2 water.

I’m not sure about the model but this is bright orange in colour. I use it in my 2018 fiesta

It's manufactures recommendation...

Needed a top-up as reservoir was way under low. This genuine spec product was used in a Ford Jaguar X-Type. Yes it's orange colour, yes it has a 10 year lifespan and yes i'm happy with cost and P&P and delivery time. Btw i didn't dilute product, thought neat was best and still have half left...

Is this the correct product for my car?

First of all, many thanks to those who so helpfully answered my question about best antifreeze/coolant to use in my 2013 diesel fiesta. Reassured, I ordered the product as it is recommended by Ford. Orange Ford Antifreeze

Genuine Ford antifreeze/coolant. Much cheaper than buying from Ford themselves! Looks green/yellow through the side window of the bottle, but it's florescent orange when poured out (see pic). Perfect for my 2017 Ford Focus ecoboost!
