I like the wall chart with directions.It would have been better if it came with a video show the exercises being done or a QR code that would take you to one. ### ⭐⭐⭐ it is hard to use if under 5’3 *by A***R on January 22, 2023* I’m 5’2 and I saw some reviews that said if you are shorter than 5’3 it is hard to use and I thought I would still try it out and just roll up the band on the bar since the band is flexible.. don’t do it! So annoying! I had to keep pausing the workout video I found online to try and make it so I can get some resistance cause if not that thing is coming off your feet and you get zero resistance.. very frustrating cause I think this could give you a good workout.
