Apple iPhone 14, 128GB, Midnight - (Renewed)

I was really apprehensive about buying a refurbished phone as you don’t get to see the exact phone you’ll be buying beforehand. It’s all a bit of a gamble, but felt confident knowing this was covered under the 30 day Amazon return policy. I needn’t of worried. The iPhone 14 128gb yellow phone I received just absolutely pristine. I couldn’t believe in was a secondhand refurb. There wasn’t even so much as a fine scratch on it. It has 95% battery health and was amazing value at £305 way cheaper than anywhere else I’d be looking on the high street. Transferring from my old iPhone 12 to the iPhone 14 was slick quick and easy via iCloud. The phone arrived with a flat battery, but once charged up it was fine. Holds charge well. I’m assuming it’s still got all original Apple parts as no error messages have popped up. I’m really really impressed. Arrived the next day via Prime. Alarmed that no signature was required. Alarming it might have been left on my doorstep had we not been in 🤔. It was delivered in an unmarked box with a brand new changing cable (can’t prove or disprove it’s an Apple cable or not), and a sim pin. The phone was well protected in a well-fitting blow-up sectioned bubble bag. Absolutely love my new phone. Highly recommended

I know people are going to get a little anxious when getting a phone that's refurbished and you hear nightmares about click & get UK, so I wanted to clarify my experience to help ease people's worries. I ordered the purple iPhone 14 in excellent condition and it came in exactly that. It's without visual damage and seemingly no issues with the actual phone. The capacity of battery health is 88% which is good and normal for a phone like this. While mine looks brand new, you have to remember it isn't and sometimes it can be hit and miss, but if you get a phone that says it'll be excellent - it will be. I made sure to do my research on this retailer before purchasing and I could see how the bad reviews on things like trip advisor, but this serves as a reminder that those reviews are outdated and this company has clearly changed in that aspect. Also, for more reassurance - You're buying from Amazon. You're protected by Amazon. If there was an issue, they would resolve it for you. The phone currently charges correctly, it sounds perfect and like an iphone and is in the correct colour. If you're worried, please trust in me: someone who was extremely anxious before getting this phone. Thank you!

I ordered an iPhone 14 in "excellent" condition after smashing my iPhone X - it arrived quickly, was well packaged and came with a charging cable which is always nice to have an extra of. I had to clean the ringer toggle as it was a bit dirty but it was clean aside from that. I was a bit disappointed with the number of little scuffs on the metal edge around the screen, although they looked like normal wear & tear or maybe from a case. There are really small and fine imperfections on the metal around the back camera lenses and one fine scratch on the screen. My biggest issue is the battery health which was 86%, I was hoping it would be higher but aside from that I would say the phone is in great condition, the camera, mic and speakers are all working as expected. It's a massive upgrade from my old phone at a fair price so I'm happy overall.

Impressed, I had broken my previous phone so much to the point I didn’t have a back (even with a case). So when I got this phone I wasn’t expecting much- especially with the price. It’s worth the price. Sound is great and it is easy to set up. The battery life is up to about 90% which isn’t bad. Get a double sided case, because the glass looks fragile. Take it from someone that used to work with glass! I got the lilac colour and it’s pretty. Very impressed with the quality and price.

Arrived, well packaged and exactly as described. I had my doubts about buying a used phone having been cheated in the past. However, after reading some of the reviews I decided to go ahead. The phone is in excellent condition and works perfectly.

Ordered acceptable quality, overall no scratches on the back whatsoever, a few on the screen but overall in amazing quality, when trying to put a screen protector on it creates bubbles on the sides as if the phone screen isn't straight, I'm suspecting it was replaced and not put on correctly? other than that the phone is fine :)

Das iPhone kam pünktlich an und machte einen Eindruck als wäre es neu im Laden gekauft. Es wurde sogar kostenlos noch eine Hülle mitgeliefert. Batterieleistung 100%, Display absolut top, keine Kratzer am Gehäuse. Ein Ladekabel USB-C auf Lightning war auch dabei. Für alle, die nicht das neueste Modell aber eine gute hochwertige Alternative zu einem günstigen Preis suchen, eine klare Kaufempfehlung.

Ho atteso un po’ di mesi prima di recensirlo perché volevo vedere se a livello funzionale era tutto ok, appena arrivato esteticamente era perfetto, nessun segno di usura o graffio da nessuna parte. A distanza di 7 mesi devo dire che anche la funzionalità è a posto, l’unico neo forse è che la batteria si è deteriorata un pelo velocemente. Appena ricevuto la batteria era al 100%, ora è già scesa al 90%, però per il resto devo dire che mi sono trovata molto bene!

Telefonen fungerar acceptabelt, men när jag valde batteriprocent mellan 90 % och 100 % visade den inte det. Det var ett trick från säljaren, eller så ljög de för mig. Jag fick bara 80 % batteri. Jag var desperat efter telefonen, annars hade jag returnerat den. Den säljaren lurade mig. Jag rekommenderar inte att köpa från honom.

Not a single scratch and a good battery. It looks brand new. I’m very satisfied.

Ik ben niet tevreden over de telefoon. De zijknop doet het niet en ook blijkt het een ‘Amerikaans’ model te zijn waardoor onderdelen om het te repareren heel moeilijk te verkrijgen zijn. Ik heb echt spijt van de aankoop!
