Very, very high dose - be warned
To be honest, these supplements make me nervous. Most of the doses for the various B vitamins are given at TEN TIMES the recommended dose if you obey the container and take 2 a day. I actually couldn't find such high daily doses in any of the other Vit B supplements available on Amazon. The NHS website simply says there's no evidence whether such high doses are harmful or not in the long term - we just don't know. There is some evidence that extra B vitamins can reduce the incidence of aura migraines, so I'm keen to try them. Which I will for a limited period but using only 1 capsule a day not two. That's still five times the daily recommended dose for most of them so it doesn't really sound like a great plan for the long term. Maybe it's fine but it makes me personally nervous. More is not necessarily better. They are inoffensive caplets, easy to take and a good price for their level of content, assuming you're happy with that.

Perkier you
Started taking & I feel so much more energetic I usually get the afternoon sluggish feeling so took one at breakfast & one with dinner and no afternoon lug! I feel perkier & have more of a pep in my step. Do make sure you take with food it does help to make it work sooner. I was also having early signs of a cold they have disappeared and I feel good.

Tablets split
Tablets are very large. While they are still in date, the actually tablets are splitting. This makes swallowing them really difficult.

Does what I expect
This does what I expect and look for, they are easy to swallow and they do not leave any horrible after taste. Good!

Has really helped my immune system!
What a great value. I got these on the recommendation of my doctor because I am low in vitamin B. These are easy to swallow, arrived quickly and well packaged and do not leave much of an after taste. Excellent value for money! Highly recommend!
