Easily readable guide to the DSM 5.

This is a very easy and interesting to read, an informative and helpful book for anyone working in the mental health sector. The book is well set out and well structured. It provides great examples for many disorders and is extremely useful as a reference guide. I'd highly recommend this book to students and professionals alike.

Very informative. But book has now split along spine, beware!!

HIghly recommend if you are a masters in psych student. If you are using the DSM-5 get this book as well.

I'm an advocate for mental health and large medical manuals like the DSM-5 can be difficult to read with all the detailed clinical language. I'm looking forward to sharing this manual as a tool for individuals wanting to learn more about their illnesses and also the family and friends who would greatly benefit from this book. It is easy to read, accurate information, up to date material, and I loved that they also use personal testimonies from individuals.

I absolutely love this book. Explains mental disorders, provides examples. I think every clinician should have this book.
