Can you use this 0.2 strength under the eyes ?

I would not 100% certain but I would not use anything as oily as that near my eyes,oil rides up and may therefore leave you with puffy eyes.hope this helps

Will it help sun-damage marks?

Aslong as you are using suncream everyday still because if you don't then it will just speed up the damage

I usually put 4 drops in my hand and apply to a clean dry face before I go to bed
