Chrome Effect Spray Decorative Art Decor Mirror Effect Metallic Paint (Silver)

Easy to use as long as you make sure item etc is clean and as smooth as it can be. Lovely chrome finish, not mirror finish but really good. I sprayed ceramic and I thought it was perfect. Don't over spray and the paint just melts into a smooth finish. Couldn't fault it.

I had mixed expectations having read mixed reviews. The item is good, not quite as shiny as the cap, but good all the same. My project was a set of alloy wheels. The secret is in the preparation, make sure the surface to be painted is smoothed down as good as possible, also primed and smoothed, then apply the paint in thin layers 3 or 4 times (don't over spray each time). Build up the layers. If you apply too much paint, it looks grey, but several light coats and it comes out a a dull chrome finish. Be careful if applying lacquer to ensure you have the correct type otherwise it will go grey. I buffed up my finish after allowing the paint to cure for about 4 days, then applied a ceramic coating (Hydrophobic coating). 2 cans covered 4 wheels.

It is more grey mettalic than chrome. Colour of the can cap has nothing to do with real colour.

Well worth the money would definitely buy again

I was looking to create a Mercury glass effect and wasted my money with this spray-paint.the lid shows a very shiny metallic colour. But the spray is definitely not the colour of the lid. It would be fine if you want a grey or silver colour. On the plus side, it's easy to use!

Spray standard lamp It turned out not how we thought

This is meant to have a chrome-like finish... it doesn't. It's a rather rough dark glossy silver finish... not even remotely reflective. Waste of money - do not buy!
